The RFP Success Cohort Course provides a hands-on and immersive experience with industry expert Marianne Ellis and a group of committed business leaders just like you.
In this course, you will develop a repeatable, scaleable and proven RFP process to reduce RFP stress, develop actual documentations, and improve your process to say “yes or no” to RFPs. You will network and learn from your peers in a supportive learning environment.

Application Requirements
- Open to all small and diverse businesses.
- No prerequisites or prior working experience with PG&E.
- Understanding of RFPs and familiarity with the corporate supply chain is helpful, but not required.
- You will need a computer (not a phone or a tablet) and access to Microsoft Teams.
Participant Commitments
- Attend weekly live sessions, 2 sessions are “optional” but attendance is highly recommended
- Engage in the cohort group space weekly, respond to prompts and comment to peers, approximately 1 hr. per week.
- Complete the RFP Readiness course and your workbook assignments.
- Share your progress and feedback with your instructor and the PG&E TAP Community team, optional.
- Approximately 3-5 hour time commitment per week

- The cohort is free. Full engagement once enrolled is strongly encouraged.
